    Leave the property. Call your country's national gas emergency line from outside — save the number before you need it.

  • Carbon monoxide alarm

    Open windows, turn appliances off, leave the property, and call your local medical / emergency line if anyone feels unwell.

  • No heat + vulnerable person

    In very cold weather, contact your local welfare or utility priority line. Many countries run a “priority services” scheme for vulnerable households.

  • Fire or flood

    Call your local emergency number first. Use AST only to help describe the aftermath to an engineer.
